The Club has been actively participated in Rotary’s five avenues of services. Throughout the year the Club has launched various significant projects.
In 1990 the Club had its first Matching Grant, joining oversea clubs to build lady toilets in India.
In 1991 the Club has its first service partner. The Club established a service partnership with Yuk Chi Resource Centre, a charity organization that provides needed service, including remedial programs and therapies, to autism children and their family in Tuen Mun. The partnership was established through PDG John Wan, the then past president. The Club has not only been sponsoring the Resource Centre’s activities, but our members have been actively participating in their functions.
In 2013 the Club initiated a Matching Grant for building a Multi-Sensory Room for Yuk Chi Resource Centre.
