Rotary International is an international service organization formed in Chicago USA in 1905. With a history of more than 116 years, Rotary is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization connecting global business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service in over 200 countries.  Today, Rotary has more than 1.2 million members in over 35,000 clubs around the worldwide. Rotary is structured in club, district and international levels. Members of Rotary Clubs are known as Rotarians. A Rotary Club may comprise 20 or up to 50-80 members, and sometimes over 200 members. We are both an international organization and a local community leader. Together we lead change in our own communities and across the world.

Rotary International District 3450 (“RID 3450”) geographically covers Hong Kong, Macao, Mongolia and Guangdong Province, the PRC with over 100 Rotary Clubs and 2,600 members. Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour is one of the over 100 clubs of RID 3450.
