Institute of Economic and Business Strategy, Institute of Digital Economy and
Innovation, and Asia Global Institute. He was a panelist in two sessions – Hong Kong’s new economy and The Blueprint to prosperity: Hong Kong’s overall economic strategies during this event. Separately, on October 6, 2022, Rotarian Heiwai was on air at the NOW TV giving his views the Hong Kong Economy Outlook and Talent Policy. Congratulations Rotarian Heiwai!
