On June 27, Past President Grace attended Club Leadership Learning Seminar Part II. Past President Webster also attended to share his journey to the Legislative Council.
On June 26, our Club gathered at Zoie Seafood and Grill for our final meeting of this Rotary Year. Over 50 members, spouses, visiting Rotarians and guests attended. Rotary E-Club of Lantau and Rotary Club of Neoteric Hong Kong sent large delegates. Past District Governor Eric Chak, Assistant Governor Wilson Shum, and District Secretary Felicity Yeung also joined the fun.
On June 24, Charter President Patrick, Past District Governor Belinda, and Past Presidents Antonio and Grace attended Vocational Training Council’s Scholarship Donation Ceremony. A total of HK$350,000 was donated by our District to VTC to continue our support of VTC’s scholarship program.
Past President and International Service Director Dora led a strong delegation comprising Past District Governor Belinda, Past President Grace and Jerry, Past Presidents WT, Ricky and Mark, and Past President Jason and Sara to attend 2026 Rotary International Convention in Taipei. While in Taipei, we also met up with our sister club members and enjoyed multiple fellowship opportunities together.
On June 11, our Club welcomed Clive Lee, a former member of our Club and founder of DragoNation, a network of Chinese leaders dedicated to contribute to and support communities all over the world. Clive shared that his time as an active Rotarian helped to inform him how to better run organizations as large as DragoNation.
